Shehu \u00ebsht\u00eb subjekti i 4 i rivler\u00ebsimit q\u00eb konfirmohet n\u00eb detyr\u00eb pas gjyqtares Kushtetueses, Vitore Tusha, prokurores Fatjona Mem\u00e7aj dhe gjyqtares Manjola Xhaxho.<\/p>\n<p>Pes\u00eb zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb jan\u00eb shkarkuar nga detyra p\u00ebr mosjustifikim t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb tre gjyqtar\u00eb t\u00eb Kushtetueses, Fatos Lulo, Altina Xhoxhaj dhe Fatmir Hoxha, gjyqtarin e Apelit Besim Trezhnjeva dhe prokuroren Besa Nik\u00ebhasani.
