Vendimi me shumic\u00eb votash i treshes gjykuese t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga Etleda \u00c7iftija si kryesuese, Roland Ilia relator dhe Brunilda Bekteshi, an\u00ebtare ju komunikua n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb Yllit dit\u00ebn e premete.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs d\u00ebgjimore t\u00eb zhvilluar dy dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, m\u00eb dat\u00eb 31 tetor,\u00a0 relatori Roland Ilia u shpreh se vler\u00ebsimi i subjektit \u00ebsht\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb t\u00eb tre komponent\u00ebt; n\u00eb kriterin e pasuris\u00eb, t\u00eb past\u00ebrtis\u00eb s\u00eb figur\u00ebs dhe aspektin profesional.<\/p>\n<p>Nga hetimi administrative rezultoi se subjekti rivler\u00ebsimit kishte kryer tre transferta valute t\u00eb pajistifikuara p\u00ebr lloogari t\u00eb nj\u00eb shtetasi kinez, konkretisht n\u00eb vlerat 16 mij\u00eb dhe 10 mij\u00eb USD n\u00eb vitin 2010 dhe 30 mij\u00eb USD n\u00eb vitin 2012. Subjekti paraqiti para komisionit deklarat\u00ebn e nj\u00eb shtetasi, n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e t\u00eb cilit kishte kryer stazhin si avokat, ku citohej se k\u00ebto transferta ishin kryer p\u00ebr llogari t\u00eb personit n\u00eb fjal\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb komisioni vler\u00ebsoi se subjekti rivler\u00ebsimit paraqet munges\u00eb etike dhe integriteti q\u00eb c\u00ebnon figur\u00ebn e gjyqtarit. Ylli k\u00ebrkoi t\u00eb konfirmohej dhe u shfaq i emocionuar n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja seancat.
