Foto: E.Hoxhaj<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Gentian Jahjolli, ndihm\u00ebs ligjor pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb u konfirmua n\u00eb detyr\u00eb nga Komisioni i Pavarur i Kualifikimit. \u00a0Trupa gjyq\u00ebsore e kryesuar nga Firdes Shuli, me relatore Etleda \u00c7iftja dhe an\u00ebtare Pamela Qirko vendosi konfrimimin e t\u00eb riut n\u00eb t\u00eb tre kriteret.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs d\u00ebgjimore relatorja Etleda \u00c7iftja vuri n\u00eb dukje se t\u00eb tre institucionet ndihm\u00ebse, ILDKPKI, DSIK dhe Shkolla e Magjistratur\u00ebs kishin l\u00ebshuar raporte pozitive p\u00ebr Jahjollin.<\/p>\n<p>Pozitiv p\u00ebr k\u00ebshilltarin ligjor ishte edhe p\u00ebrfundimi i hetimeve t\u00eb kryera nga KPK sa i p\u00ebrket pasuris\u00eb s\u00eb ndihm\u00ebsit ligjor dhe personave t\u00eb lidhur me t\u00eb. Relatorja \u00c7iftja tha n\u00eb seanc\u00eb se deklarimi i Gentian Jahjollit ishte i sakt\u00eb sa i p\u00ebrket kursimeve t\u00eb depozituara n\u00eb llogari bankare. Komisioni vler\u00ebsoi mjaftueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e burimeve financiare t\u00eb babait t\u00eb subjektit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb apartament dhe dy shtesa t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuara n\u00eb t\u00eb, blerjen e nj\u00eb makine si dhe pages\u00ebn e tarif\u00ebs s\u00eb doktoratur\u00ebs n\u00eb Itali.<\/p>\n<p>Jahjolli \u00ebsht\u00eb em\u00ebruar n\u00eb mars t\u00eb vitit 2014, ndihm\u00ebs ligjor n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb, detyr\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e kryen edhe sot.
