n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb Komisionerit Publik, Dariel Sina dhe gjyqtares Brati analiz\u00ebn financiare t\u00eb kryer pas dokumenteve t\u00eb depozituara nga kjo e fundit.<\/p>\n<p>Kryesuesja e trup\u00ebs gjykuese, Natasha Mulaj renditi n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb seanc\u00ebs dokumentet e paraqitura nga Brati, t\u00eb cilat u administruan si prova, konkretisht pagesat e tatimeve nga personat e lidhur me banim n\u00eb Itali, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshinin nj\u00eb dokument prej 67 faqesh nga \u201cAgenzia delle Entrate\u201d gjat\u00eb viteve 2010-2016 si dhe nj\u00eb v\u00ebrtetim nga p\u00ebrmbaruesi publik q\u00eb n\u00ebnvizonte se kjo e fundit nuk kishte detyrime ndaj shtetit n\u00eb Itali apo ndaj personave t\u00eb tret\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kryesuesja Mulaj rikujtoi gjithashtu vendimin e nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebm t\u00eb marr\u00eb me shumic\u00eb votash p\u00ebr mos\u00e7eljen e hetimit p\u00ebr tre denoncime t\u00eb kryera pran\u00eb KPA.<\/p>\n<p>Pasi Kolegji u vendosi n\u00eb dispozicion pal\u00ebve nga nj\u00eb kopje t\u00eb analiz\u00ebs financiare, kryesuesja Mulaj b\u00ebri me dije se kishin menduar t\u00eb shtynin seanc\u00ebn deri m\u00eb dat\u00eb 12 prill, p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb koh\u00eb subjektit t\u00eb rivler\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer parashtrimet.<\/p>\n<p>Komisioneri Sina pyeti trup\u00ebn gjukuese se cila kishte qen\u00eb metodologjia ku ishte bazuar kryerja e k\u00ebsaj analize financiare, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb relatorja Rezarta Schuetz tha se analiza ishte bazuar n\u00eb deklarimet e gjyqtares Brati.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo e fundit u shpreh se n\u00ebse do t\u00eb siguronte dokumente t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb kishin t\u00eb b\u00ebnin me gjetjet e analiz\u00ebs financiare do t\u2019i vinte n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb trup\u00ebs gjykuese para zhvillimit t\u00eb seanc\u00ebs s\u00eb radh\u00ebs, e cila u caktua p\u00ebr dat\u00ebn 12 prill, ora 10:00.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic
