Foto:BIRN<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Gjyqtarja e Apelit t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs Margarita Buhali, nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht an\u00ebtare e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Em\u00ebrimeve n\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsi, i cili do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb renditjen e kandidat\u00ebve p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00eb n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese dhe vendin vakant t\u00eb Inspektorit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, u konfirmua t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn nga Komisioni i Pavarur i Kualifikimit.<\/p>\n<p>Buhali, e cila u hetua n\u00eb t\u00eb tre kriteret e vetingut, rezultoi pa probleme t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb, e aft\u00eb profesionalisht dhe e p\u00ebrshtatshme n\u00eb kriterin e figur\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs d\u00ebgjimore Buhalit iu vu n\u00eb dukje se nj\u00eb denoncim p\u00ebr nj\u00eb afer\u00eb korruptive ndaj ish-bashk\u00ebshortit t\u00eb gjyqtares Gertmond Koroveshi, ishte hetuar nga KPK.<\/p>\n<p>Buhali i tha Komisionit t\u00eb Pavarur t\u00eb Kualifikimit se ajo ishte distancuar nga ish-bashk\u00ebshortit, duke patur parasysh divorcin, nd\u00ebrsa po ashtu tha se pavar\u00ebsisht k\u00ebsaj rrethane duhej t\u00eb mbahej parasysh prezumimi i \u201cpafaj\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tij\u201d, duke pretenduar se ai nuk mund t\u00eb konsiderohej si \u201ckontakt i pap\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm\u201d pa pasur ndaj tij nj\u00eb vendim gjykate.<\/p>\n<p>Trupa gjykuese q\u00eb po kreun procesin e vetingut p\u00ebr Buhalin p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga Genta Tafa Bungo, Roland Ilia dhe Valbona Sanxhaktari.<\/p>\n<p>Margarita Buhali ka mbaruar Shkoll\u00ebn e Magjistratur\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 2002 dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb em\u00ebruar gjyqtare n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Beratit. N\u00eb vitin 2013, me dekret t\u00eb Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs, Buhali \u00ebsht\u00eb em\u00ebruar n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Apelit t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs, ku punon aktualisht.
