Foto:BIRN<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Kolegji i Posa\u00e7\u00ebm i Apelimit, KPA vendosi t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn t\u00eb rr\u00ebzoj\u00eb ankimin e prokurorit t\u00eb Dibr\u00ebs, Shk\u00eblzen Cena, ndaj vendimit t\u00eb Komisionit t\u00eb Pavarur t\u00eb Kualifikimit, KPK q\u00eb e shkarkoi nga detyra p\u00ebr probleme n\u00eb tw tri kriteret e rivler\u00ebsimit.<\/p>\n<p>KPK shkarkoi nga detyra prokurorin Shk\u00eblzen Cena n\u00eb qershor t\u00eb vitit 2019, i cili asokohe kandidonte p\u00ebr nj\u00eb pozicion n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb e Posa\u00e7me kund\u00ebr Korrupsionit dhe Krimit t\u00eb Organizuar, SPAK.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vendimin e arsyetuar, KPK argumentonte se shkarkimi u bazua n\u00eb problemet e konstatuara me pasurin\u00eb si dhe p\u00ebr \u201cc\u00ebnim t\u00eb besimit t\u00eb publikut te drejt\u00ebsia\u201d, lidhur me past\u00ebrtin\u00eb e figur\u00ebs dhe profesionalizmin.<\/p>\n<p>KPK identifkon dy raste kur jan\u00eb gjetur mang\u00ebsi t\u00eb hetimit nga ana e Cen\u00ebs q\u00eb kan\u00eb sjell\u00eb favorizimin e dy t\u00eb pandehurve.
