Ajo tha se dy pasurit\u00eb e familjes, nj\u00eb apartament n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb ishin bler\u00eb nga familja para se Mihali t\u00eb em\u00ebrohej gjyqtare.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, Komisioni evidentoi dyshime mbi nj\u00eb rast t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm konflikti interesi n\u00eb lidhje me nj\u00eb apartament t\u00eb zot\u00ebruar nga prind\u00ebrit e subjektit t\u00eb rivler\u00ebsimit.<\/p>\n<p>Gjyqtarja Mihali shpjegoi se nuk ishte n\u00eb situat\u00ebn e konfliktit t\u00eb interesit dhe se i ati e kishte bler\u00eb apartamentin nga nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr kompani. Sipas Mihalit, p\u00ebrfshirja e kompanis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn pyetej n\u00eb kontrat\u00ebn e shit-blerjes p\u00ebr efekt regjistrimi n\u00eb kadast\u00ebr t\u00eb pron\u00ebs ishte e paqart\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb dhe familjen e saj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn d\u00ebgjimore nuk u evidentuan probleme p\u00ebr dy kriteret e tjer\u00eb, past\u00ebrtin\u00eb e figur\u00ebs dhe profesionalizmin.<\/p>\n<p>Elona Mihali ka p\u00ebrfunduar studimet n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn e Magjistratur\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 2013 dhe ka b\u00ebr\u00eb stazhin profesional pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs.
