K\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr procedim \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb prej Operacionit Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Monitorimit.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb her\u00ebt Daci u pezulluar nga KPA dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjet n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat ai ishte pjes\u00eb u rishortuan, por ai vijon t\u00eb jet\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Kolegjit. T\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn Kolegji njoftoi fillimin e procedimit disiplinor\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb sjell\u00eb edhe largimin e Dacit nga KPA.<\/p>\n<p>KPA njoftoi se Ardian Hajdari ishte caktuar hetues i \u00e7\u00ebshtjes, nd\u00ebrsa komisioni q\u00eb do t\u00eb marr\u00eb vendimin p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga Natasha Mulaj, Albana Shtylla dhe Ina Rama.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPas hedhjes s\u00eb shortit, gjyqtari hetues i k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje u caktua gjyqtar Ardian Hajdari, nd\u00ebrsa Komisioni Disiplinor do t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrjen si\u00e7 vijon: kryesuese Natasha Mulaj, an\u00ebtare Albana Shtylla, an\u00ebtare Ina Rama\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin e Kolegjit.<\/p>\n<p>I pyetur nga BIRN mbi nisjen e procedimit Daci tha se nuk do t\u00eb komentonte.<\/p>\n<p>Daci ka kund\u00ebrshtuar si t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm vendimin e Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Posa\u00e7me t\u00eb Apelit dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtja ndaj tij \u00ebhst\u00eb n\u00eb pritje t\u00eb rekursit n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb. Pas vendimit t\u00eb Apelit ai pati refuzuar t\u00eb largohej nga KPA.<\/p>\n<p>Luan Daci u hetua nga SPAK pas denoncimit t\u00eb kryer nga ish-prokurori dhe ish-an\u00ebtari i K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb, Besnik Cani.
