Vendimi u mor n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb unanime nga trupa e KPK e kryesuar nga Etleda \u00c7iftja, me relatore Suela Zhegun dhe an\u00ebtare Alma Faskajn.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs d\u00ebgjimore me 28 mars, Shehu dha shpjegime p\u00ebr burimet financiare p\u00ebr blerjen e nj\u00eb automjeti nga bashk\u00ebshorti, si dhe p\u00ebr dy \u00e7\u00ebshtje profesionale. Subjekti paraqiti argumentim ligjor p\u00ebr nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave t\u00eb bashk\u00ebshortit nga puna e tij q\u00eb nuk ishin konsideruar prej KPK-s\u00eb, duke k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulur se ishin t\u00eb ligjshme dhe k\u00ebrkoi p\u00ebrfshirjen e tyre n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn financiare. Shehu mori vler\u00ebsim pozitiv p\u00ebr past\u00ebrtin\u00eb e figur\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Englantina Shehu p\u00ebrfundoi studimet n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn e Magjistratur\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 2014 dhe u em\u00ebrua prokurore pran\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Fier.
