Vendimi u mor n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb unanime nga trupa e KPK e kryesuar nga\u00a0 Roland Ilia, me relatore Brunilda Bekteshin dhe an\u00ebtare Pamela Qirkon, q\u00eb vendosi gjithashtu t\u00eb transferoj\u00eb p\u00ebr verifikim pran\u00eb Inspektorit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb shqyrtuar nga Mu\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs d\u00ebgjimore t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn, Komisioni nuk evidentoi probleme lidhur me kriterin e pasuris\u00eb dhe past\u00ebrtis\u00eb s\u00eb figur\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, Mu\u00e7a dha shpjegime p\u00ebr afatet e gjykimit n\u00eb disa \u00e7\u00ebshtje, si dhe p\u00ebr dy denoncime nga publiku.<\/p>\n<p>Gentiana Mu\u00e7aj i p\u00ebrfundoi studimet n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn e Magjistratur\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 2002 dhe punoi p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Lezh\u00ebs.
