Vendimi p\u00ebr konfirmimin e Canajt u mor nga trupa e KPK e keyesuar nga Roland Ilia, me relatore Brunilda Bekteshin dhe an\u00ebtare Pamela Qirkon. Kryesuesi Ilia sqaroi se KPK ka vendosur t\u00eb transferoj\u00eb p\u00ebr inspektim pran\u00eb Institucionit t\u00eb Inspektorit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb gjykuar nga Canaj.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs d\u00ebgjimore m\u00eb 21 n\u00ebntor, Canaj i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsua nga bashk\u00ebshorti i saj, avokati Kreshnik Ziaj, i cili dha shpjegime dhe kund\u00ebrshtoi barr\u00ebn e prov\u00ebs p\u00ebr pasurin\u00eb si dhe dha shpjegime t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhura p\u00ebr gjetjet p\u00ebr profesionalizmin. Gjyqtarja Canaj u vler\u00ebsua pozitivisht p\u00ebr past\u00ebrtin\u00eb e figur\u00ebs.
