Po ashtu, \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur edhe sanksioni q\u00eb i ndalon Ler\u00ebs t\u00eb rikthehet n\u00eb sistemin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb gjat\u00eb 15 viteve t\u00eb ardhshme.<\/p>\n<p>Hetimi administrativ p\u00ebr gjyqtarin Lera filloi n\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 2019 dhe ju komunikua atij nj\u00eb muaj m\u00eb von\u00eb. Pasi kishin kaluar m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dy vjet e gjysm\u00eb, n\u00eb shtator t\u00eb 2022-it ai ka k\u00ebrkuar nd\u00ebrprerjen e vetingut ndaj tij p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjes nga statusi i magjistratit. Sipas subjektit t\u00eb rivler\u00ebsimit, arsyet e dor\u00ebheqjes kishin t\u00eb b\u00ebnin me ngarkes\u00ebn n\u00eb pun\u00eb, problemet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, si dhe nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u2019iu p\u00ebrkushtuar sh\u00ebndetit dhe familjes.
