Vendimi \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb unanime nga trupa e KPK e kryesuar nga Roland Ilia, me relatore Etleda \u00c7iftjan dhe an\u00ebtare Pamela Qirkon.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs d\u00ebgjimore m\u00eb 28 qershor, Ulliri u pyet dhe dha shpjegime p\u00ebr nj\u00eb bilanc negativ t\u00eb familjes n\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl dhe p\u00ebr disa vendime penale lidhur me kriterin profesional. P\u00ebr past\u00ebrtin\u00eb e figur\u00ebs, Drejtoria e Sigurimit t\u00eb Informacionit t\u00eb Klasifikuar, DSIK kishte dor\u00ebzuar n\u00eb Komision dy raporte t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta, ku n\u00eb t\u00eb parin subjekti \u00ebsht\u00eb cil\u00ebsuar si e p\u00ebrshtatshme, nd\u00ebrsa i dyti ka qen\u00eb negativ.
