KPA vler\u00ebsoi se bilanci negativ n\u00eb blerjen e nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, ishte i vog\u00ebl dhe jo shkarkues.<!--more--><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_79870\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-79870\" style=\"width: 511px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-79870\" src=\"https:\/\/www.reporter.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/Gjyqtari-Sokol-Ngresi-duke-dal\u00eb-nga-KPA-511x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"511\" height=\"400\" data-id=\"79870\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-79870\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Gjyqtari Sokol Ngresi duke dal\u00eb nga KPA | Foto : LSA<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Vendimi i Komisionit t\u00eb Pavarur t\u00eb Kualifikimit p\u00ebr konfirmimin n\u00eb detyr\u00eb t\u00eb gjyqtarit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Apelit t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs Sokol Ngresi u la n\u00eb fuqi nga Kolegji i Posa\u00e7\u00ebm i Apelimit t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Trupa e Kolegjit, e kryesuar nga Albana Shtylla, me relatore Ina Ram\u00ebn dhe an\u00ebtar\u00eb Natasha Mulaj, Rezarta Schuetz dhe Sokol \u00c7omo \u00a0tha se kishte rr\u00ebzuar k\u00ebrkesat e Komisionerit Publik p\u00ebr shkarkimin e Ngresit.<\/p>\n<p>Shtylla lexoi se disa pasakt\u00ebsi dhe mungesat e burimeve n\u00eb shumat minus 116 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vit dhe minus 362 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb rast tjet\u00ebr, nuk ishin t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7uar n\u00eb shkarkimin e gjyqtarit. \u201cShkaqet e ngritura n\u00eb ankim nuk gjet\u00ebn mb\u00ebshtetje\u201d, tha Shtylla.<\/p>\n<p>Gjyqtarja po ashtu duke iu referuar hetimit t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb Kolegjit, p\u00ebrfshi edhe marrjen e d\u00ebshmis\u00eb s\u00eb denoncuesit Flamur Kad\u00ebna, tha se pretendimet e ngritura rezultuan t\u00eb pav\u00ebrteta. Hetimi gjyq\u00ebsor\u00eb n\u00eb KPA gjeti se Ngresi ishte viktim\u00eb e nj\u00eb komploti me dokumente t\u00eb falsifikuara t\u00eb cilat u tentua t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoreshin kund\u00ebr tij n\u00eb Kolegjin e Posa\u00e7\u00ebm t\u00eb Apelimit.
