Dhe L.D., t\u00eb pushuar n\u00eb vitin 2015 nga Prokuroria e Elbasanit.<\/p>\n<p>Trupi gjykues q\u00eb kreu procesin e vetingut p\u00ebr prokurorin Ajazi kryesohej nga Roland Ilia, me relatore Brunilda Bekteshin dhe an\u00ebtare Genta Tafa Bungon.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb\u00a0 seanc\u00ebs d\u00ebgjimore t\u00eb premten m\u00eb 25 qershor, nuk u evidentuan probleme dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse p\u00ebr pasurin\u00eb dhe past\u00ebrtin\u00eb e figur\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb prokurori Ajazi u pyet dhe dha shpjegime p\u00ebr disa \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb hetuara prej tij.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu, n\u00eb seanc\u00eb u relatua se nga verifikimi i ankesave ndaj prokurorit Ajazii, \u00ebsht\u00eb evidentuar nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e vitit 2012 lidhur me nj\u00eb hetim t\u00eb nisur ndaj tij p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb rregullave t\u00eb qarkullimit rrugor. Relatorja Bekteshi sqaroi se n\u00eb at\u00eb periudh\u00eb, Ajazi \u00ebsht\u00eb pezulluar nga detyra, por pas pushimit t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes nga Prokuroria e Fierit, Ajazi ishte kthyer n\u00eb detyr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kreshnik Ajazi p\u00ebrfundoi studimet n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn e Magjistratur\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 2010 dhe pas nj\u00eb periudhe stazhi n\u00eb prokurorin\u00eb e Tiran\u00ebs, u em\u00ebrua n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb e Vlor\u00ebs. M\u00eb von\u00eb ai u transferua n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb e Tiran\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb vitin 2019 u komandua si drejtues n\u00eb Elbasan.
