Foto:BIRN<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Trupa e KPK-s\u00eb e kryesuar nga Pamela Qirko, me relator Roland Ilia dhe an\u00ebtare Brunilda Bekteshi, shpalli t\u00eb enjten n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes vendimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkarkuar nga detyra gjyqtarin e Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Apelit Kor\u00e7\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Xhavella u hetua nga KPK p\u00ebr t\u00eb tre kriteret e vetingut, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb pasurin\u00eb, past\u00ebrtin\u00eb e figur\u00ebs dhe profesionalizmin.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs d\u00ebgjimore t\u00eb mbajtur me 16 mars, Komisioni konstatoi probleme me pasurin\u00eb dhe profesionalizmin e gjyqtarit.<\/p>\n<p>Olsi Xhavella e ka filluar karrier\u00ebn n\u00eb sistemin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2002 dhe ka punuar p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb n\u00eb gjykat\u00ebn e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs.
