Foto: Edmond Hoxhaj.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb seanc\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr m\u00ebngjesin e s\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebs, Gjykata e Posa\u00e7me e Apelit kund\u00ebr Korrupsionit dhe Krimit t\u00eb Organizuar vendosi l\u00ebnien n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb faj\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr an\u00ebtarin e Kolegjit t\u00eb Posa\u00e7\u00ebm t\u00eb Apelimit, Luan Daci.<\/p>\n<p>Daci akuzohet se ka falsifikuar dokumentet gjat\u00eb aplikimit p\u00ebr pozicionin n\u00eb KPA, p\u00ebrmes paraqitjes s\u00eb rrethanave t\u00eb rreme n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet mosdeklarimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb mase disiplinore p\u00ebr largim nga puna t\u00eb vitit 1997.<\/p>\n<p>Daci u d\u00ebnua m\u00eb 1 dhjetor 2020 nga Gjykata e Posa\u00e7me me 6 muaj burg dhe pezullimin e k\u00ebtij d\u00ebnimi me 1 vit, me kusht q\u00eb t\u00eb mos kryej\u00eb vep\u00ebr tjet\u00ebr penale dhe t\u00eb paraqitet pran\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb Prov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Pas l\u00ebnies n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb d\u00ebnimit nga Apeli, Daci e konsideroi vendimin t\u00eb kundraligjsh\u00ebm dhe paralajm\u00ebroi se do ta vazhdonte betej\u00ebn n\u00eb Gjykat\u00eb t\u00eb Lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMe urgjenc\u00eb brenda dy dit\u00ebsh do t\u00eb b\u00ebj rekurs. Nuk ndodh n\u00eb asnj\u00eb vend t\u00eb bot\u00ebs t\u00eb d\u00ebnohesh pa vep\u00ebr penale,\u201d tha ai p\u00ebr mediat.<\/p>\n<p>Daci shtoi gjithashtu se nuk do t\u00eb largohej nga KPA, nd\u00ebrsa aludoi se t\u00eb dy vendimet ishin \u201cnj\u00eb pu\u00e7 i mir\u00eborganizuar\u2019 me q\u00ebllimin e d\u00ebmtimit t\u00eb reform\u00ebs n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Luan Daci u hetua nga SPAK pas denoncimit t\u00eb kryer nga ish-prokurori dhe ish-an\u00ebtari i K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb, Besnik Cani.
