Foto:Ilustruese.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Komisioni i Pavarur i Kualifikimit njoftoi t\u00eb mart\u00ebn se kishte pranuar nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb ish-prokurorit t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme Bilbil Mete dhe kishte anulluar seanc\u00ebn d\u00ebgjimore p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb fundit.<\/p>\n<p>KPK ka hetuar Meten dhe kishte njoftuar nj\u00eb seanc\u00eb d\u00ebgjimore n\u00eb 2 dhjetor, por ky i fundit ka k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb mosparaqitet n\u00eb seanc\u00eb. KPK i tha BIRN se anullimi i seanc\u00ebs ishte nj\u00eb procedur\u00eb q\u00eb ndiqej n\u00eb rast t\u00eb nd\u00ebrprerjes s\u00eb procesit t\u00eb rivler\u00ebsimit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRastet kur zhvillimi i seanc\u00ebs d\u00ebgjimore bazohet mbi vullnetin dhe d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e subjektit t\u00eb rivler\u00ebsimit, jan\u00eb ato q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nd\u00ebrprerje t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb rivler\u00ebsimit\u201d, tha KPK n\u00eb nj\u00eb reagim zyrtar.<\/p>\n<p>Mete rezulton se kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjen n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb n\u00eb muajin tetor. Ai ka k\u00ebrkuar fillimisht t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb statusin e magjistratit p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mbushjes s\u00eb mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb pensionit, por KLP ka arsyetuar se Mete kishte edhe 2 vjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb pension.
