Karaj<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Komisioni i Pavarur i Kualifikimit vendosi shkarkimin\u00a0 nga detyra t\u00eb gjyqtares s\u00eb Apelit Administrativ, Fjoralba Prifti t\u00eb enjten, e cila rezultoi me balanc\u00eb negative p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave t\u00eb bashk\u00ebshortit si p\u00ebrkthyes.<\/p>\n<p>Trupi gjykues q\u00eb kreu procesin e rivler\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr Priftin p\u00ebrb\u00ebhej nga Pamela Qirko kryesuese, Valbona Sanxhaktari relatore dhe Lulzim Hamitaj an\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs d\u00ebgjimore t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn u vu n\u00eb dukje se gjyqtarja Prifti arriti t\u00eb provoj\u00eb pun\u00ebsimin e bashk\u00ebshortit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb institucionesh vendase dhe t\u00eb huaja si p\u00ebrkthyes, por nuk arriti t\u00eb provoj\u00eb pages\u00ebn e taksave.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, ai kishte kontrata sh\u00ebrbimi me projektin e Bashkimit Europian p\u00ebr Konsolidimin e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Euralius dhe Fondin Gjerman p\u00ebr Bashk\u00ebpunim Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb IRZ (Internationale Rechtliche Zusammenarbeit), financuesi kryesor i Euralius.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas Komisionit, nga analiza financiare rezultonte balanc\u00eb negative n\u00eb vler\u00ebn e 4 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjyqtarja Fjoralba Prifti i kund\u00ebrshtoi gjetjet e KPK duke argumentuar se t\u00eb ardhurat e bashk\u00ebshortit ishin p\u00ebrfituar nga puna si p\u00ebrkthyes.
