Megjithat\u00eb, Komisioni i Pavarur i Kualifikimit vendosi t\u00eb transferoj\u00eb dy \u00e7\u00ebshtje hetimore p\u00ebr inspektim nga Inspektori i Lart\u00eb i Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Procesi i vetingut p\u00ebr prokurorin Fusha u krye nga Genta Tafa Bungo, Suela Zhegu dhe Pamela Qirko. Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs d\u00ebgjimore n\u00eb KPK, prokurori Fusha u p\u00ebrball me dy raporte t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb Drejtoris\u00eb s\u00eb Sigurimit t\u00eb Informacionit t\u00eb Klasifikuar, t\u00eb cilat hidhnin dyshime mbi hetimin e dy \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve penale.<\/p>\n<p>Zhegu sqaroi se nga ana e prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Gjirokastr\u00ebs ishin dor\u00ebzuar dy procedimet penale p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat DSIK ka ngritur dyshime p\u00ebr paligjshm\u00ebri t\u00eb kryera nga prokurori Fusha. Bashk\u00ebshortja dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesja ligjore e prokurorit Fusha, Anxhela Fusha e quajti t\u00eb drejt\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e par\u00eb t\u00eb DSIK-s\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb u ndal gjat\u00eb n\u00eb q\u00ebndrimin e tyre ndaj raportit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb q\u00eb konstaton pap\u00ebrshtatshm\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo renditi disa \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuara prej bashk\u00ebshortit n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prokurorit t\u00eb Apelit Gjirokast\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat tha se mund t\u00eb kishin lidhje me konstatimet e DSIK. \u201cAi ka zbatuar vet\u00ebm ligjin.
