Vendimi u mor unanimisht nga trupa e KPK e kryesuar nga Roland Ilia, me relatore Pamela Qirkon dhe an\u00ebtare Brunilda Bekteshin.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs d\u00ebgjimore m\u00eb 20 korrik, Pollozhani dha shpjegime m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti p\u00ebr burimet financiare t\u00eb familjes s\u00eb bashk\u00ebshortes q\u00eb kishin sh\u00ebrbyer p\u00ebr blerjen e nj\u00eb apartamenti nga ana e saj, \u00e7mimi shitjes s\u00eb t\u00eb cilit kishte sh\u00ebbryer p\u00ebr krijimin e pasurive t\u00eb m\u00ebvonshme.<\/p>\n<p>Ervin Pollozhani p\u00ebrfundoi studimet n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn e Magjistratur\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 2006 dhe u em\u00ebrua n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Elbasanit, ku punoi p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb viteve 2006-2010.
