Vendimi u mor n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb unanime nga trupa e KPK e kryesuar nga Lulzim Hamitaj, me relatore Burnilda Bekteshin dhe an\u00ebtare Etleda \u00c7iftjan.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs d\u00ebgjimore m\u00eb 21 n\u00ebntor, Hoxha dha shpjegime p\u00ebr nj\u00eb apartament t\u00eb bler\u00eb nga bashk\u00ebshorti para martes\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrpara fillimit t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs &#8211; pasuri p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohet bazuar n\u00eb parimin e objektivitetit dhe proporcionalitetit. P\u00ebr past\u00ebrtin\u00eb e figur\u00ebs dhe profesionalizmin nuk u evidentuan probleme.<\/p>\n<p>Gilda Hoxha p\u00ebrfundoi studimet e Shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb Magjistratur\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 2012 dhe punoi fillimisht si gjyqtare n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Vlor\u00ebs.
