Vendimi u mor n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb unanime nga trupi gjykues i Kolegjit i kryesuar nga Natasha Mulaj, me relatore Rezarta Schuetz dhe an\u00ebtar\u00eb Ina Rama, Mimoza Tasi dhe Sokol \u00c7omo, pas shqyrtimit n\u00eb dhom\u00eb k\u00ebshillimi t\u00eb ankimit t\u00eb Bilos.<\/p>\n<p>Gjyqtarja Dhurata Bilo u shkarkua nga detyra nga Komisioni i Pavarur i Kualifikimit, KPK m\u00eb 22 prill 2021 p\u00ebr probleme t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb, kriterin e vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin u p\u00ebrmbyll procesi i vetingut p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb subjekt rivler\u00ebsimi.<\/p>\n<p>Dhurata Bilo e filloi karrier\u00ebn n\u00eb sistemin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1993 dhe punoi prej gati dy dekadash si gjyqtare n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Durr\u00ebsit.
