Nd\u00ebrsa ndihm\u00ebsja ligjore Enida Lam\u00e7e u vetua nga trupa e KPK e kryesuar prej Xhensila Pines, me relatore Genta Tafa Bungon dhe an\u00ebtar Roland Ilian. N\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e v\u00ebzhgueses nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare ishte e pranishme n\u00eb t\u00eb dy seancat, Elka Ermenkova. T\u00eb dy vendimet u mor\u00ebn n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb unanime nga trupat e KPK.<\/p>\n
Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb seancave q\u00eb zgjat\u00ebn rreth 15 minuta secila, t\u00eb dy subjektet e rivler\u00ebsimit fal\u00ebnderuan Komisionin p\u00ebr hetimin administrativ t\u00eb kryer ndaj tyre dhe k\u00ebrkuan konfirmimin n\u00eb detyr\u00eb \u2013 k\u00ebrkesa q\u00eb u gjet\u00ebn t\u00eb drejta nga shkalla e par\u00eb e vetingut.<\/p>\n
