Vendimi u mor n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb unanime nga trupa e KPK e kryesuar nga Alma Faskaj, me relatore Valbona Sanxhaktarin dhe an\u00ebtare Pamela Qirkon.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs d\u00ebgjimore m\u00eb 4 qershor, KPK nuk evidentoi probleme dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse p\u00ebr Ga\u00e7in n\u00eb asnj\u00eb prej kritereve t\u00eb rivler\u00ebsimit, at\u00eb t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb past\u00ebrtis\u00eb s\u00eb figur\u00ebs dhe profesionalizmit.<\/p>\n<p>Ndihm\u00ebsja ligjore Ariana Ga\u00e7i e ka filluar detyr\u00ebn n\u00eb vitin 2014 n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb. Ajo tha n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn d\u00ebgjimore se n\u00eb vitin 2017 ishte larguar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb nga detyra dhe shtoi se pas nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb procesesh gjyq\u00ebsore kishte fituar t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e rikthimit n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb.
