Vendimi u mor me shumic\u00eb votash nga trupa e KPK e kryesuar nga Pamela Qirko, me relatore Xhensila Pinen dhe an\u00ebtare Alma Faskajn.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs d\u00ebgjimore m\u00eb 6 n\u00ebntor, prokurorja Laze dha shpjegime p\u00ebr barrat e prov\u00ebs dhe gjetjet n\u00eb t\u00eb tre kriteret e rivler\u00ebsimit, at\u00eb t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb, past\u00ebrtis\u00eb s\u00eb figur\u00ebs dhe profesionalizmit. Ajo e kund\u00ebrshtoi bilancin negativ n\u00eb vler\u00ebn 10 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb, si dhe konstatimet p\u00ebr udh\u00ebtime me persona t\u00eb dyshuar si t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb krimin e organizuar, duke k\u00ebrkuar konfirmimin n\u00eb detyr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Eranda Laze u em\u00ebrua prokurore n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2004.
